May 12, 2011 · Dryer sheets are toxic to dogs? I was told that on a Dr. Oz show that he recommended to use dryer sheets on Dogs during thunder storms and that Dryer sheets calm the dog down , the problem with this is that they are toxic to animals and this in the Merck Vet Manual .
